Learning & Development Specialist

The Learning and Development Specialist (Learning Content and OJT) is responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating learning programs and initiatives to foster employee development and enhance organizational performance that are specific to the position. This position partners closely with production leaders and department managers to ensure employees receive the training, resources, and support needed to perform successfully and safely in their roles. The position will not only develop training content but will also be analytical, detail-oriented, and eager to learn new skills. This position monitors program effectiveness through both qualitative and quantitative measures, including training records, competency attainment, KPI alignment, employee interactions, and feedback from department managers throughout the organization. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who enjoys working with people, is highly organized and detail-oriented, and is comfortable balancing multiple priorities in a dynamic manufacturing environment. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
