Job Title: Med Surg/Tele General Surg RN

Shift: Nights, 19:00:00-07:00:00, every other weekend and holidays as required

Job Description:

The Med Surg/Tele General Surg RN position involves providing exceptional postoperative care in a 32-bed General Surgical Unit. Candidates should be skilled in pain management, mobility, and bedside procedures, working with a 1:6 nurse-to-patient ratio.

Responsibilities:

• Provide postoperative care including pain management and mobility.
• Perform bedside procedures as needed.
• Collaborate with local family practice physicians, hospitalists, and surgeons.
• Float to other units and hospitals as required.

Requirements:

• AHA BLS certification.
• AL or Compact License (No temp Licenses accepted).
• 2 years of experience preferred; 18 months considered with relevant skills.
• 1 year of experience in the field of specialty.
• Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) degree.
