About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the organization's technology strategy, operations, and digital transformation. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing a comprehensive technology roadmap that aligns with the company's growth, operational excellence, and the delivery of an exceptional member experience. This includes establishing annual technology priorities, strategies, and budgets, as well as advancing automation and scalable digital solutions. The CTO will also be tasked with ensuring the security, reliability, resilience, and compliance of the company's infrastructure and systems, monitoring emerging technologies, and fostering a culture of innovation. Applicants for the CTO position at the company should have a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of ten years of progressive technology leadership experience within a financial institution. Experience in leading technology strategy and transformation within a complex and growing financial institution is strongly preferred. The role requires a strategic and forward-thinking leader who can work closely with executive teams and cross-functional groups to achieve the company's technology goals. Advanced information-security certifications and a proven track record in strengthening cybersecurity, managing technology risk, and cultivating key vendor and technology-partner relationships are also essential. The ideal candidate will be adept at fostering a culture of innovation and will be instrumental in the company's mission to deliver trusted financial guidance and personalized service to its members.
