Role :- Scrum Master
Location :- Vienna - Virginia (Onsite )
Duration :- 6+ MONTH
Visa :- USC/GC/EAD
Facilitating Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
Removing impediments and resolving issues that may impact sprint progress or team productivity
Coaching team members on Scrum and Agile best practices to ensure adherence to Agile principles
Collaborating with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure backlog readiness and sprint alignment
Supporting process improvement initiatives to enhance team performance and Agile maturity Qualifications:
5+ years of experience serving as a Scrum Master or Agile Facilitator
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field
Strong knowledge of Scrum and Agile methodologies
Experience using Scrum tools and Agile project management techniques
Experience with budgeting and accounting operations Strong facilitation skills
Excellent conflict resolution abilities
Strong communication and collaboration skills Desired Qualifications:
Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent)
Experience in supporting process improvement initiatives
Experience working in financial services or banking environments
Ability to coach teams and promote continuous improvement in Agile environments
