Registered Nurse (RN) - Night ShiftThe Registered Nurse (RN) maintains the delivery of quality care by ensuring that the nursing care plan is followed and supervising ancillary nursing personnel. This role emphasizes patient and employee safety, adherence to hospital guidelines, and maintaining a supportive work environment.ResponsibilitiesPerform nursing assessments on all patients within 8 hours of admission and develop individualized care plans.Identify teaching needs and goals in collaboration with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary team.Document all assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately and timely in the medical record.Participate in the patient rehabilitation program and be accountable for direct patient care using the nursing process.Initiate discharge planning from the day of admission and provide patient education in anticipation of discharge.Communicate changes in patient status to ensure continuity of care.Provide direction and supervision to ancillary nursing personnel and delegate tasks appropriately.Contribute positively to the unit's functioning by providing calm guidance and support.Monitor supplies and ensure cost-effective care delivery while promoting quality outcomes.Engage in professional development activities and pursue opportunities for growth.ScheduleThis position involves a night shift with 3 consecutive 12-hour shifts.Required Experience / Certifications / LicensureBLS Certification Required Prior to First ShiftACLS Required Prior to First Shift (CIRH ONLY)Minimum of Two (2) Years Bedside Clinical Experience preferredWhy ARMStaffing?At ARMStaffing, we take care of our employees!
