Required Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current Illinois Speech-Language Pathology license and Professional Educator License (PEL); please be ready to provide verification
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
• Experience in a school setting, ideally with high school-aged students
• Strong collaboration and communication abilities

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and manage a caseload of students with diverse speech-language needs, starting at approximately 30 students (full caseload up to 60 for full-time)
• Develop and implement IEP goals in accordance with state and federal guidelines
• Collaborate with educators, counselors, and families for optimal student progress
• Contribute to IEP meetings, write progress reports, and maintain thorough documentation
• Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy in individual and group settings
