Job Title: Press Brake Operator

Location: Lancaster, SC

Pay: $22.00-$23.25 per hour

Shift: 1st and 3rd shifts

Job Description:
We are seeking a dependable Press Brake Operator to join a production welding and fabrication facility. This role is responsible for setting up and operating press brake machines to bend and form metal parts according to specifications. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone with fabrication or manufacturing experience looking for steady first-shift work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate press brake machines to bend and form metal parts
• Read and follow blueprints, work orders, and bend specifications
• Measure and inspect parts to ensure accuracy and quality
• Make basic machine adjustments as needed during production runs
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
• Work closely with welders and fabrication team members to meet production goals

Requirements:

• Previous press brake or metal fabrication experience preferred
• Ability to read basic blueprints and use measuring tools (tape measure, calipers)
• Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced production environment
