Home Care Registered Nurse

$45 - $55 per hour

Location: Cedar Crest Village by Erickson Senior Living No travel in this role. All on-site. Compensation: $45-$55/HR depending on experience with a $5,000 Sign on Bonus. Must Have Some Oasis experience Day Shift Join our Home Care team as an on-site RN. All of our residents live within our gated retirement community and are within walking distance to each other. Being on-site means that you can be part of the residents’ journey throughout their continuum of care. Free access to our on-site Team member Health and Well-Being Centers, plus Well-Being programs, tools and resources for you and your immediate family members What we offer Medical, dental and vision packages, including an annual reimbursement for qualified wellness expenses, personal health coaching and telemedicine options 30% discount on food and drinks at on-site dining venues, plus additional healthy choice meal options at discounted prices PTO Plans, PLUS company paid volunteer hours for eligible team members, in accordance with applicable state law Onsite medical centers, providing wellness visits and sick care for all team members over 18 years of age 401k for all team members 18 and over with a company 3% match A culture of diversity, inclusion, equity and belonging, which builds on our mission, vision and values Education assistance, certification reimbursement and access to over 6,000 courses through our online learning library, designed to enhance your current skills and build new ones How you will make an impact Partner and collaborate during the initial evaluation to assess residents’ needs, helping to develop and implement a personalized service plan in coordination with the resident, family, physician, and/or authorized practitioner Monitor and communicate any changes in a resident’s condition Ensure each resident’s individualized care plan is effectively implemented and consistently followed by the Home Care team Deliver nursing care in accordance with the established plan of care and accepted nursing standards Participate in care conferences and other resident-related meetings to support coordinated, high-quality care Provide clinical oversight by developing and supervising the implementation of individualized service plans, continuously observing residents’ conditions, and communicating updates to physicians and families as needed Lead and guide the Home Care team—including LPNs, aides, home care workers, and companions—to ensure safe, effective, and person-centered care delivery What you will need Must have a minimum of 6 months’ experience as an RN Experience in caring for seniors and/or senior with cognitive impairment preferred Basic computer skills required including experience with Microsoft Office, internet and web applications Experience with an electronic medical record is preferred Please note that specific state regulations and requirements may be applicable.
