Client Strategy Advisor — Consumer Finance

Score Pros is looking for a sharp, competitive, client-focused advisor who understands credit and knows how to sell through education, not pressure.

This is not a cold-calling role. Our leads are generated organically through our content, website, referral network, and educational platforms. Every person in our pipeline has raised their hand for help at some point.

That does not mean you will only take booked appointments.

You will be expected to work your pipeline: respond quickly to new inquiries, run scheduled consultations, follow up with missed appointments, reconnect with older opportunities, and stay in contact with people who aren't ready to move forward on the first conversation.

**What you'll do**

* Speak with inbound and existing leads by phone, text, and scheduled consultation
* Review credit profiles and understand what may be standing between a client and their financial goals
* Explain credit, scoring, utilization, account history, debt, and lending readiness in plain English
* Help clients understand where they stand today and what a realistic path forward looks like
* Recommend the appropriate Score Pros program when there is a genuine fit
* Consistently follow up with leads who don't move forward on the first call
* Keep your pipeline, notes, follow-ups, and outcomes updated in our CRM
* Meet individual activity, sales, and conversion goals
* Continue developing your knowledge of consumer credit, scoring models, and lending guidelines

**You're probably a strong fit if:**

You have 2+ years of phone sales experience and are comfortable having real financial conversations with consumers.

You understand credit beyond simply knowing what a "good score" is. You should be familiar with FICO vs. VantageScore, utilization, payment history, age and mix of accounts, inquiries, debt-to-income, and why the score someone sees on an app may not be the score a lender uses.

Mortgage, lending, automotive finance, consumer finance, banking, or financial-services experience is a major plus.

Most importantly, you need to be someone who follows up. If you make one call, leave a voicemail, and decide the lead "wasn't interested," this role is not for you.

**You're NOT a fit if:**

* You need every lead handed to you as a booked appointment
* You are uncomfortable making outbound follow-up calls
* You don't understand how to read a credit report
* You rely on aggressive pitches instead of asking questions and understanding the client's situation
* You promise people whatever they want to hear to close a sale
* You struggle with CRM notes, follow-up tasks, or basic organization
* You need someone constantly reminding you to work your pipeline

**Compensation**

This position begins with commission-based, performance-driven compensation, with the opportunity to move into a base + commission structure based on demonstrated performance. Full compensation structure, expectations, and advancement opportunities are reviewed during the interview process.
