Assembly Inspector

Responsible for a wide range of inspection functions supporting assembly and machining operations, following programs, documents, drawings and specifications to perform inspection functions. Responsibilities Perform first article inspections on machined parts using micrometers, calipers and other measurement devices while working in compliance with AS9100 standards. Conduct inspection of finished machined parts, including in‑process inspections from first piece to final inspection. Maintain working knowledge of conventional inspection tools and gauges such as micrometers, calipers and thread gauges. Communicate with internal customers. Follow shop inspection procedures to accept or reject parts and assemblies. Conduct assembly inspections. Perform miscellaneous tasks as assigned. #J-18808-Ljbffr
