Responsibilities

WHAT YOU'LL DO AS A CANYON RANCH COLLEAGUE:

• Support daily administrative operations in Fitness and Outdoor Sports

• Provide operational and guest support

• Coordinate department communication

• Create weekly schedules, import schedules into Book4Time, and fulfill add‑on service requests.

• Ensure all activities are accurate across Book4Time, CMS, Daily Schedule, and the Outdoor Sports Board.

• Demonstrate professionalism, service excellence, and Canyon Ranch Ethos principles in all interactions.

Qualifications

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

• 1–2 years of administrative or related experience - Experience supporting operations, scheduling, or guest‑facing environments.

• High school diploma or equivalent — Associate degree or specialized training preferred.

• CPR/AED certification - Must be obtained within 90 days of employment.

• Strong Microsoft Office proficiency

• Exceptional communication and service skills

• High attention to detail - Ability to manage schedules, and communications with accuracy and consistency.

• Thrive in a fast-paced environment by effectively prioritizing multiple responsibilities, solving problems proactively, maintaining attention to detail, and remaining calm under pressure while ensuring operational excellence and safety standards are met.
