Housekeeper and Interior Manager

A UHNW principal in St. Pete, FL is seeking a polished, detail-oriented Housekeeper to support the day-to-day upkeep of a private residence and adjacent office environment. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in maintaining beautiful spaces, anticipates needs, and holds themselves to a high standard of cleanliness and presentation.

This position is ideal for someone with a background in private household service, luxury hospitality, yachting, or private aviation who enjoys working independently, thrives in a fast-moving environment, and is looking to grow with a principal operation from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete the daily reset of the private home, including laundry, steaming, sheets, vanities, and thorough detailed cleaning throughout
• Maintain a highly organized, clean, and presentation-ready household at all times
• Restock household and gym supplies, including espresso, protein shakes, and general inventory items
• Sanitize and maintain gym and bathroom areas connected to the office space
• Assist with wardrobe organization, packing and unpacking, and travel readiness as needed
• Help build and maintain household systems, organization methods, and operational standards in a brand-new residence

Qualifications

• Background in private household service, yachting, luxury hospitality, or commercial/private aviation
• Proactive and comfortable taking ownership without constant direction
• Strong eye for detail, cleanliness, presentation, and organization
• Positive, service-oriented attitude with genuine pride in creating a seamless home environment
• Seeking a long-term opportunity with room for growth

Schedule

• Typical schedule begins around 8:30 AM
• Morning hours focused on the home reset, afternoon hours dedicated to household and gym upkeep and inventory
• Saturday coverage is expected; schedule will be structured to ensure appropriate time off

Compensation & Opportunity

• Compensation up to $125,000, depending on experience
• Relocation available for the right candidate within Florida
