FirstLink delivers functional testing, preventative maintenance, and support for safes, safe deposit boxes, alarms, cameras and banking security equipment. This is a hands-on, independent field role requiring daily travel to client locations throughout the surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Travel to scheduled customer sites throughout area
• Perform functional testing and preventative maintenance on banking and retail security equipment
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical and operational issues on-site
• Accurately document completed work
• Maintain professional communication with clients and branch personnel

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to learn quickly
• Excellent customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Professional communication and time management skills
• Ability and willingness to travel throughout the area

Experience:

• Field service: 1 year (Preferred)
• work at your current or previous employer: 1 year (Required)

License/Certification:

• drivers license (Required)

Willingness to travel:

• 75% (Required)
