Apply for Position Essential Duties and Responsibilities Support Commercial Sales Account Executives (Banking & Print Supplies) with quoting, pricing, and order management. Process and track orders through our Order Management System (V2). Maintain accurate customer and sales activity records in HubSpot. Serve as a key customer contact for order status, product questions, and issue resolution. Assist with resolving customer disputes and ensuring a high level of customer delight. Coordinate with internal teams (Operations, Finance, Customer Service) Support follow-ups, dormant account reactivation, and sales reporting. Minimum Required Qualifications High School Diploma required BA/BS a plus, or equivalent experience Other Requirements 3–5 years’ experience in Sales Support, Inside Sales, or Customer Service Strong CRM experience (HubSpot a plus) Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills Customer-focused, proactive, and detail-oriented Comfortable working in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment 3-5 Years experience in the commercial check printing industry preferred.
