Located just a short drive from Spokane, Washington, this independent hospital and clinic system is a Level 3 Trauma facility with 50 beds. Our organization is seeking additional Board Eligible/Board Certified Otolaryngologists to join our team of over 100 providers, offering attractive earning potential, built-in support, and the freedom to manage your practice.

Position Overview:

• Enjoy a 4-day work week with no night shifts or on-call duties.
• Engage in a general ENT practice with onsite mentorship available.
• Base salary ranging from $580,000 to $654,000, plus additional opportunities for quality bonuses and wRVU compensation.
• Each provider will have dedicated Advanced Practice Providers (APP) and medical assistants.
• Utilize EPIC EMR with a new surgical suite being developed adjacent to the hospital.
• Receive up to a $100,000 sign-on bonus and over $200,000 in student loan repayment assistance.
