Elevator & Vertical Transport Inspector (QEI-1)

GSA

GSA seeks a Vertical Transportation Specialist Elevator Inspector to lead the VT program for federal tenants nationwide and provide direction to property and project managers. You will oversee inspections, testing and documentation to ensure safety and code compliance. Responsibilities include managing maintenance contracts, reviewing contractor work, and recommending improvements based on equipment data and call reports. Qualified candidates must have QEI-1 certification and relevant experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr GSA
