Key Responsibilities of the RN - ER/ED
- Provide high-quality emergency care to patients in the ER/ED
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure effective patient outcomes
- Perform patient assessments and initiate care plans
- Monitor and document patient progress and response to interventions
- Utilize critical thinking skills in high-pressure situations
Requirements of the RN - ER/ED
- Active RN license in the state of Louisiana
- CPR and ACLS certifications required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in emergency nursing
