If you enjoy hands‑on work, being part of a team, and helping people in their time of need, we want to meet you. This is a full‑time, hourly position based out of our Winchester office. What You’ll Do Respond to water, fire, and mold damage emergencies Perform restoration services including water extraction, demolition, cleaning, and drying Set up and monitor drying and restoration equipment Drive company vehicles to and from job sites Maintain vehicles, tools, and job site equipment Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors Ensure job sites are clean, safe, and professional Represent SERVPRO with professionalism and compassion What We’re Looking For Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required) Reliable transportation to report daily to the Winchester office Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment Willingness to work on‑call shifts (including nights, weekends, and holidays when needed) Experience in restoration, construction, or handyman work preferred but not required IICRC certification is a plus (we will train the right candidate) Physical Requirements Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly (up to 100 lbs with assistance) Comfortable working on ladders, in crawlspaces, attics, or confined spaces Ability to safely use restoration equipment and cleaning products What We Offer Competitive hourly pay Weekly pay schedule Paid training and growth opportunities Career advancement within the SERVPRO network Supportive team environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
