Ultimate Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist for Autumn Lake at Beloit. You'll work with residents on mobility goals that make a difference in their daily lives, from standing and transferring safely to walking with greater confidence.
What You'll Do
- Assess residents and develop treatment plans suited to their abilities and goals
- Provide therapy to improve strength, balance, and functional movement
- Follow residents' progress and adjust treatment when needed
- Document care and share updates with the interdisciplinary team

Qualifications
