Let’s keep things running and have some fun while we’re at it!\\*\\*Job Location: Hagerstown, MD\\*\\*We only accept W-2 candidates, H-1B sponsorship is not available.## ResponsibilitiesJob responsibilities:* Completing preventative maintenance and repairs on all assigned assets, including conveyors, forklifts, and facility infrastructure* Assisting Level I Technicians and mentoring them through hands-on training* Supporting cross-functional maintenance tasks beyond your designated area when needed* Coordinating with vendors for warranty and non-routine repairs* Maintaining accurate logs of all maintenance activities and associated costs* Promoting a safe work environment by adhering to LOTO, PPE, and other safety protocols* Operating various warehouse equipment such as forklifts and floor scrubbers* Participating in projects aimed at improving operational efficiency and facility safety* Supporting warehouse yard upkeep, including pallet and skid disposal* Staying organized, clean, and always safety-focused**PLEASE NOTE:** The **2B Shift will officially begin on November 1, 2026.** Candidates who are hired and onboarded may need to rotate through shifts during the training and transition period:* **Training:** Shift 1C - Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, for a minimum of 1 week.* **Interim Schedule:** Shift 2A - Sunday to Wednesday, 7:00 PM–5:30 AM, until the 2B Shift begins.* **Beginning November 1, 2026:** Associates assigned to 2B will transition to the **2B Shift** schedule, and the hourly wage will be adjusted to the corresponding 2B shift rate.### Physical Requirements* Work is performed while standing and/or walking, up to and including 12 hours/day.* Requires the ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision, and hearing.* Requires the regular use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations.* Requires regular bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, and reaching.* Requires the ability to regularly lift, carry, push, or pull medium weights, up to 75lbs.## Working EnvironmentYou’ll be working around moving machinery and may be exposed to changes in temperature, humidity, dust, and occasional fumes or gases. Noise levels are generally moderate, and standard safety precautions are always in place.## Qualifications### Experience* Previous experience as a maintenance technician (minimum 1 year)* Strong communication skills* Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting* Willingness to train and mentor others* Passion for safety, continuous improvement, and technical excellence### Education* This role does not require a degree.
