Sourcing Leader - Electronic Components

Embedded Value, Drive our results…. Energy drinks help

At EmbedTek, we develop state-of-the-art technology that turns possibilities into realities. We are looking for a neo-strategic, somewhat ambitious sourcing professional with a smile to help complement our team.

You’ll Create Value Through:

• Developing sourcing strategies that support existing and new product innovations.
• Negotiating supplier agreements, driving cost-saving opportunities where every penny saved or sacrificed has a story.
• Building strong supplier and technology partner relationships without the drama.
• Monitoring market trends, supply risks, and component lifecycles, if reading tea leaves doesn’t work.
• Collaborating with pretty much everybody to support customer success.

The Strategic Edge you will bring:

• Experience in strategic sourcing, purchasing, or supply chain crisis management.
• Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.), 30 years of B.S. experience not required.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and make informed guesses… Oops, we mean decisions.
• Experience working with locally global and globally local suppliers.

Why EmbedTek?

• Collaborate with a semi-fun, ultra-talented team to take the company (and your career) to the next level.
• Work in an environment that prioritizes employee growth, continuous learning, and professional self-development.
• We turn your “WTF” moments into “Wow that’s Fantastic."
• Work across diverse industries including medical, industrial, transportation, fitness, and whispered defense.
• We only micro-manage our inventory.

Investing in you

• Your success is our goal; we kid you not
• 401(k), that’s not $401,000. So, don’t ask
• Health, Dental & Vision Insurance
• Dedicated parking space on a first-come, first-served basis
• Help! Savings Account (HSA)
• Paid time off, summer snow days not included
• Employee-owned with profit $haring and we IMPACT the profits
