Job Summary 2 New Family Medicine Opportunities – Central Florida location! Per client: 'I have two offices looking for Traditional Family Practice. Inpatient and outpatient. Call will be 1:4 with one and 1:6 with the other. Unassigned ER call will be 1:7 or 1:8. Salary will be about $180-185K range (above MGMA). The docs will be employed, hospital provides income guarantee for first year. Other options can be discussed. One of the offices does a lot of ancillary services in office. Both have PA.s in office. Partnership track will be discussed with docs.' Key Responsibilities & Opportunities Provide inpatient and outpatient traditional family practice care. Participate in call coverage ranging from 1:4 to 1:8, including unassigned ER calls. Work with a team that includes physician assistants. Access to ancillary services within the office. Opportunities for partnership track. Compensation & Benefits Salary range: $180,000–$185,000 (above MGMA median). Employment: employed physicians with a first‑year income guarantee from the hospital. Additional options for contractual arrangements discussed. Location One hour from Jacksonville or Daytona Beach on Highway20West.
