Role Description The Construction Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Denver Metropolitan Area. This position oversees the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects from initial concept through completion. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing project schedules, budgets, and resources, coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers, and ensuring compliance with building codes, safety standards, and client requirements. The role involves leading site meetings, resolving field issues, reviewing drawings and specifications, and preparing regular progress reports. The Construction Project Manager works closely with clients, architects, engineers, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to quality expectations.

Qualifications

\n

\n
• Construction Management or related undergraduate degree
\n
• 5+ years experience managing commercial/residential projects over 5 million.
\n
• High organizational and people skills, good oral and written skills, detail oriented
\n
• Must have experience in scheduling, estimating, safety, quality assurance/ quality control, document control, issue tracking, subcontractor and subcontract management, O&Ms
\n
• Knowledgeable in: take-offs, plan review, budgeting, submittals, RFIs, ASIs, pay apps
\n
• Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications and scopes of work
\n
• Proficient in MS office, MS project, Bluebeam, familiar with construction management software
\n
• Must be able to work with limited supervision
\n
• Strong leadership qualities
\n
• Strong negotiation skills
\n
• Deadline and detail-oriented
\n
• OSHA Certified preferable
\n
• Fluent Spanish is a big plus
\n
• Must be authorized to work in the US
\n
• Must provide references
\n
• Must pass a Pre-employment Background & Drug Test

Responsibilities

\n

\n
• In charge of managing all aspects of multiple projects ranging from $100K to $15MM
\n
• Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation of multiple projects
\n
• Allocate resources for assigned projects
\n
• In charge of managing project superintendents/project staff
\n
• Responsible for generating, maintaining and meeting project schedules and budgets
\n
• Responsible for scope review to ensure nothing is left out from the construction documents
\n
• Supervise safety and safety manual enforcement
\n
• Subcontractor coordination and management
\n
• Supervise quality assurance/control
\n
