Paid Social Strategist

Flighted is a best-in-class growth marketing agency specializing in paid media and ad creative production for brands like Harry's, Todd Snyder, Ramp, Cometeer, Podium, Apple Bottoms by Nelly, Flintts, and more. We are looking for a rockstar Paid Social Strategist to support our growth! This position will report directly to the founder. Required experience: 1+ years managing Meta ads , or relevant internship experience. This job is for you if: You are interested in a career in growth marketing/GTM at a startup or agency You want a depth and breadth of experience that will allow you to become a Head of Growth 10x faster than your peers You deeply understand the latest content trends on TikTok/Instagram You are naturally quantitative/analytical, but also a fantastic copywriter You want to develop hyper-relevant 21st century digital marketing skills: AI prompt-writing, client communications, TikTok, Meta, Claude Code, Google and YouTube advertising, ad creative strategy, conversion rate optimization, content strategy, Shopify management, growth marketing analytics/strategy, and more This job is not for you if: You are looking for a big name for your resume where you won't actually learn anything You enjoy slow-paced work environments at large companies You aren't interested in e-commerce, startups, or digital advertising/media Job Responsibilities: Build, launch and optimize Meta ad campaigns Oversee creative strategy and build detailed paid social creative briefs for clients Lead client calls and present new growth strategies and reporting to clients Scale paid social advertising efforts geared towards acquiring new customers profitably Build, maintain and optimize digital advertising campaigns and have an experimental and methodological approach. Execute high profile and complex paid media campaigns Requirements: Entrepreneurial with a hunger to learn new skills 1+ years of experience setting up and testing paid ad campaigns on Meta, or relevant internship experience An eye for content and effective messaging - you notice the ads you are served on Instagram, and understand what makes an ad "good" or "bad" Communication skills that will allow you to effectively present analysis and strategy to C-Suite executives and startup founders A passion for marketing, social advertising and a positive attitude in all regards Nice to have: Working knowledge of Shopify and the DTC ecosystem/ecommerce growth strategy Benefits & Compensation: Hybrid remote: 1-2 days in-office in NYC Health Insurance stipend + 401k Once-in-a-career access to growth marketing mentorship that will accelerate your career #J-18808-Ljbffr Flighted
