Key Responsibilities\nAs a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Gotham Enterprises, you will take on a variety of impactful responsibilities designed to support our client base effectively:

- Group Therapy Facilitation: Lead engaging group therapy sessions where clients can share experiences and support each other in a structured environment. \n
- Individual Counseling: Provide tailored therapy sessions that help clients unearth and manage their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, while developing personalized coping strategies. \n
- Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to create individualized treatment plans focused on specific therapeutic goals and personal development. \n
- Progress Monitoring: Utilize a variety of assessment tools to effectively track and evaluate client progress, ensuring that treatment plans are adjusted based on feedback and results. \n
- Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care, sharing insights and strategies to enhance client outcomes. \n
This role primarily focuses on young adults aged 18 to 30 who are seeking assistance with mental health challenges. Clients may include those dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, or other emotional hurdles. Your work will be crucial in providing them with the tools and support necessary for their recovery journeys.
Qualifications\nCandidates for this position must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field and hold a valid and active license as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC). Additionally, candidates should exhibit strong interpersonal and communication skills, and a genuine desire to foster positive change in the lives of young individuals.
Preferred Experience\nWe value applicants with at least 2 years of relevant experience in mental health counseling, particularly in outpatient settings targeting teens and young adults. Compensation and Benefits\nThe salary for this position ranges from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
