Metal Roofing Installer (Exterior Finishing Experience Required)
Russo Modular is a commercial modular building manufacturer specializing in high-quality, steel-framed modular construction. We are seeking a skilled Metal Roofing Installer with experience in all exterior finishing to join our production team in a controlled manufacturing environment with limited field work.
This role focuses on installing metal roofing systems and completing exterior metal finishes on modular units prior to delivery.
Job Responsibilities
- Install metal roofing systems on modular buildings
- Perform all exterior finishing work, including trim, flashing, wall panels, soffits, fascias, and fasteners
- Measure, cut, fit, and install metal components accurately
- Read and interpret drawings and installation details
- Seal and weatherproof exterior assemblies to ensure watertight construction
- Work with standing seam, ribbed panel, and architectural metal systems
- Coordinate with production teams to meet build schedules
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Follow all OSHA and company safety standards
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a metal roofing installer
- Demonstrated experience with full exterior metal finishing systems
- Strong knowledge of flashing, trim details, and weatherproofing methods
- Ability to read drawings and perform accurate measurements
- Modular, commercial, or manufacturing experience a plus
- Comfortable working at heights and on elevated platforms
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
