You’ll help customers get accounts back on track, reduce auto loan delinquencies, and work toward clear performance goals—with the opportunity to go remote after the probationary period and required metrics are met. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Connect with delinquent account holders through dialer systems and direct outreach to find workable solutions • Identify reasons for delinquency and confidently negotiate payment arrangements • Hit productivity, quality, and performance goals in a results-driven environment • Use skip tracing tools to locate borrowers and keep accounts moving forward • Create positive, professional customer experiences—even during challenging conversations MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS • 2+ years of collections experience clearly reflected on your resume OR fluent Spanish with 3+ years of call center experience • High school diploma or GED • Ability to meet established productivity and performance expectations CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS • Dialer systems • Skip tracing tools • CRM or account management software • Microsoft Office Suite PREFERRED SKILLS • Bilingual Spanish speakers strongly encouraged to apply!!! • Competitive, goal-oriented mindset with the drive to earn more through performance • Flexibility to work required overtime LEGAL NOTICE By applying for this job, you agree to receive calls, AI-generated calls, text messages, or emails from CornerStone and its affiliates, and contracted partners.
