As we continue our global digital transformation, we are expanding our Business Applications team and seeking a motivated Business Application Analyst to support the implementation, optimization, and ongoing enhancement of Microsoft Dynamics 365 business systems. 

This is an excellent opportunity for a developing Business Systems Analyst or Dynamics professional looking to grow their career while working on enterprise-wide ERP and CRM initiatives. This is an onsite role in our Lawrenceville, GA facility.

What You'll Do

As a Business Application Analyst, you will work closely with business stakeholders, external implementation partners, and IT leadership to improve business processes and maximize the value of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Gather and document business requirements and process flows.
• Support Microsoft Dynamics 365 FSCM and CE implementations and enhancements.
• Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT), test case development, and system validation.
• Support end-user training, adoption, and change management activities.
• Maintain process documentation and knowledge resources.
• Collaborate with functional leaders to identify operational efficiencies.
• Provide first- and second-level application support.
• Assist with reporting and analytics initiatives using Power BI.
• Partner with cross-functional teams across Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and Customer Service.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience supporting ERP or business applications.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX, Dynamics 365 FSCM, or Dynamics 365 CE.
• Understanding of business process analysis and process mapping methodologies.
• Experience supporting UAT and business application implementations.
• Familiarity with Power BI reporting and analytics.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Manufacturing industry experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform tools.
• Exposure to ERP implementation projects.
• Microsoft Dynamics certifications.
