Paradise Valley Country Club Paradise Valley Country Club is a private club hiring for Lifeguards, Swim Instructors, and Coaches. We are looking for dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our aquatics team. Job Type Part-time Position Details Positions are available immediately, offering 30–40 hours per week from May through August, with the potential to continue year‑round. What You’ll Do Maintain safe swimming conditions in the pool, on the deck, and in surrounding areas. Enforce Club Aquatics rules. Maintain routine cleanliness of the pool and surrounding areas. Clean pool and maintain records of pool chemical readings. Attend staff meetings and training as required. Assist with swim meets and related tasks. Requirements Must have all current lifeguard certifications. No exceptions. We accept Starguard or Red Cross Lifeguarding. Additional Required Skills Strong swimming skills. Good people skills – must enjoy working with children. Knowledge of pool maintenance and cleaning procedures. CPR and first aid.
