Service Advisor

Our busy Chevrolet dealership is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team. If you enjoy building relationships, solving problems, and being part of a high-performing service department — we want to talk to you. What You’ll Do: * Greet guests promptly and professionally in the service drive * Listen carefully to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle needs * Clearly explain recommended services and repairs * Provide accurate estimates and timelines * Communicate with technicians to ensure efficient workflow * Keep guests updated throughout the repair process * Deliver a smooth, transparent, and positive service experience * Maintain strong CSI and retention levels You are the bridge between our guests and our technicians — and one of the most important roles in the dealership. What We’re Looking For: * Previous automotive Service Advisor experience preferred (Chevrolet or GM experience is a plus!) * Strong communication and customer service skills * Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment * Professional appearance and positive attitude * Basic understanding of automotive systems and maintenance * Computer proficiency * Valid driver’s license and clean driving record We will train the right candidate who has strong customer service skills and a drive to succeed.
