We're looking for an experienced Broiler Cook who understands the importance of timing, consistency, and execution. As a key member of our HIGH VOLUME kitchen, you'll play a critical role in delivering the exceptional food and dining experiences our guests expect every day. What You'll Do Set up and stock stations with all necessary ingredients and supplies. Prepare food for service, including meats, vegetables, sauces, and other menu components. Cook menu items according to company recipes, specifications, and quality standards. Execute broiled and grilled items with consistency, accuracy, and attention to detail. Work closely with the Executive Chef, Sous Chefs, and culinary team to ensure smooth service. Maintain proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures. Keep stations clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout service. Monitor inventory levels and communicate product needs. Ensure all food is prepared and plated correctly while maintaining ticket times. Maintain a positive and professional attitude in a fast-paced environment. What We're Looking For Previous experience as a Broiler Cook, Line Cook, Restaurant Cook, or Prep Cook. Strong knowledge of cooking methods, ingredients, kitchen equipment, and procedures. Experience cooking meats to proper temperatures and specifications. Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume kitchen environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to consistency. Ability to follow recipes, procedures, and chef direction. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Team-oriented mindset and strong communication abilities. Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a physically demanding environment. Culinary school training is a plus but not required. Current Food Handler Card Why Join Our Team?
