Job Title: Inside Sales Representative

With over 18 in the market, we are a large scale national home warranty company operating across 49 states. We protect homeowners from the unexpected, and we are experiencing massive growth.

We are looking for competitive, driven individuals to join our sales team.

What We Are Looking For:

While a sales background is preferred, it is not a requirement.

Instead, we look for a specific mindset. You are a perfect fit if you fall into one of these categories:

•⁠ ⁠You have spent years practicing and competing in sports.

•⁠ ⁠You have a major or degree in psychology.

•⁠ ⁠You have proven closing experience.

Requirements & Qualification:

•⁠ ⁠Education: Must have completed your studies (High School Diploma or College Degree required).

•⁠ ⁠It would be preferred if you have closing experience only. No appointment setters. We need people who know how to own the entire sales process.

•⁠ ⁠If you do have sales experience, we are specifically looking for a background in one of the following high volume industries.

•⁠ ⁠Cable, Internet, or Telecom

•⁠ ⁠Furniture or Luxury Retail (e.g., Jewelry)

•⁠ ⁠Insurance or Mortgage

•⁠ ⁠Financial Advisors or Wall Street Brokers

What You’ll Do:

•⁠ ⁠Manage a high volume of inbound/outbound leads

•⁠ ⁠Consult with homeowners nationwide to identify their property protection needs.

•⁠ ⁠Educate prospects on our warranty plans and overcome objections.

•⁠ ⁠Close deals and achieve monthly commission targets.
