Women’s Recovery Center Staff

Lutheran Social Services seeks compassionate Women’s Recovery Center Staff to support women in residential substance use and behavioral health recovery. In this role, you will provide direct care, monitoring, and encouragement; assist with daily living needs and medication observation; and help facilitate groups focused on recovery, life skills, and wellness. You will accurately document observations, support individualized recovery plans, and help maintain a safe, trauma-informed, and welcoming environment. Working within a mission-driven, faith-based, and client-centered culture, you’ll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, respond to crises using de-escalation skills, and model healthy boundaries and coping strategies.
