Automotive Sales BDC Representative- Holler Classic Family of Dealerships

We are hiring a Sales BDC Representative , As a Sales BDC Representative you will handle inbound and outbound calls, respond to internet leads, and set appointments that bring customers into our showroom. No cold calling — you will work with warm leads from customers who are already interested in buying or trading in a vehicle. This is an excellent entry point into automotive sales, with a clear path to team leader, supervisor, and management roles.

You will be the customer’s first point of contact — delivering a professional, friendly, and informative experience that reflects our Buy Smart – Be Happy sales philosophy.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.

• Respond quickly to inbound sales phone calls, internet leads, texts, and emails
• Engage customers using a consultative, customer-first approach
• Identify customer needs and document interactions in the CRM
• Set, confirm, and follow up on sales showroom appointments
• Assist customers with digital tools (credit applications, trade-in evaluations, etc.)
• Conduct outbound sales follow-up and prospecting activities including phone calls, texts, and emails to engage customers, re-engage inactive leads, confirm appointments, and ensure no opportunity goes unworked
• Complete warm transfers and escalate concerns when needed
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

• Possess a valid driver’s license
• Ability to meet drug free workplace requirements and pass a background and MVR check
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance at all times
• Prior sales/customer service experience a plus
• Ability to learn and operate within various computer programs
• Bi Lingual is a plus(English/Spanish)

Schedule:

• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Full time

Pay:

• $17/hr. base rate plus performance based bonuses
• Pay plan will be discussed during the interview process
• Performance-based bonus tied to sales showroom appointments
• Consistent lead flow and clear performance benchmarks
• Annual compensation range with hourly rate and bonus: $35,000-$70,000(hourly plus bonuses)
