Come join us for an extraordinary career in a high growth, team-oriented company!As a Quality Assurance Technician, you are responsible for in-process and finished product inspections to ensure product quality is being maintained.What You'll Do…Operates test equipment, including the test track, to determine if component parts and/or the finished product function within company quality standardsMay audit the work of production employees to ensure that they have followed engineering specificationsInspects incoming fabricated parts when required to assure they meet company requirementsReceives information through the Corrective Action Request (CAR) process regarding customer complaints, conducts investigation, and completes report on cause/solution to the reported problemInspects purchased parts to ensure conformity to company specificationsProvides assistance to manufacturing personnel regarding quality problems. This may include working with Engineering, Purchasing, Customer Service, or other involved departmentsInspects all finished equipment prior to shipment to ensure compliance to company specifications and proceduresMaintains records related to all aspects of quality operationsMust comply with all applicable OSHA, EPA, local regulatory laws, and company safety policiesManagement retains the discretion to add or change the duties of this position at any timePhysical Requirements:Ability to lift light to medium weight up to 75 lbs.May stand for prolonged periods of timeMay stoop, bend, reach, walk; perform repetitive motions using hands to grasp, push, pull or do fine manipulationsWhat You Need…High school diploma or equivalentMaintain a satisfactory attendance recordComply with company rules, policies, and decisionsPerform the responsibilities of the position at a satisfactory level of efficiencyRequired to use a Personal Computer (P.C.) intermittentlyAbility to work assigned hours plus overtime as neededGrow your career supported by an energized and passionate team, professional development, training, flexibility and opportunities for advancement.
