- Journeyman Electrician License or equivalent industrial electrical certification
- 10+ years of industrial electrical experience
- NPT 70E familiarity
- Technical Skills: MCCs, VFDs, motor controls, Schneider Electric Modicon Quantum and MS&D PLCs
- Clear communication with operations and leadership
- Maintain and troubleshoot electrical systems across 4160V, 480V, 240V, and 120V equipment
- Lead electrical and controls work for capital and maintenance projects
- Coordinate and oversee contractors and electrical work
- Support equipment startups, shutdowns, and emergency response activities
- Drive electrical and control reliability improvements through preventive maintenance
