The Yukon-Kuskokwim Delta is home to thousands of lakes and two primary rivers—the Kuskokwim and Yukon.We offer a broad range of employment opportunities and the chance to make a meaningful impact on the health of people in the region.Position Summary: Performs secretarial duties including typing, shorthand, filing, answering telephones, scheduling patients, completing patient travel requests, and making copies. Must have a valid work permit with parental consent.Position QualificationsMinimum High School Diploma or GED required.Office machines (i.e., multi-line telephones, computer, fax machines, etc.)Computer skills.Good human relations and oral/written communication skills.Must possess organization skills and the ability to handle information of a confidential nature and exercise good judgment on an independent basis.Possess the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with varying personalities and must remain calm, tactful and diplomatic at all times.Possess the ability to work independently and maintain accountability of work.
