Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team. This position encompasses both inpatient (60%) and outpatient (40%) care, with responsibilities including post-op splint fabrication.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and treatment plans.
• Administer therapeutic interventions and document patient progress.
• Fabricate post-operative splints as needed.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
• Relevant experience in inpatient and outpatient settings preferred.
