Finance Product Manager

Insight Global is currently hiring a Product Manager for the finance department of a large healthcare and medical equipment distributor located in Richmond, VA. This role will be a 9-12 month contract and will require working Monday through Friday during standard work hours. FP&A background)Experience leading enterprise technology evaluations, implementations, or transformation initiatives.Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Experience building product roadmaps and managing cross-functional stakeholders.Strong understanding of finance processes and supporting technologies.Responsibilities:Lead the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for finance technology initiativeAssess existing technologies and platforms and partner with business leaders to identify opportunities for process improvement and technology transformation.Lead evaluations of current-state systems and recommend future-state technology solutionsto determine future-state product and platform strategies.Define and prioritize product requirements based on business value, operational impact, and organizational goals.Create and maintain product roadmaps, ensuring alignment between business priorities, technology capabilities, and implementation timelines.Champion organizational change management efforts and drive stakeholder engagement across impacted teams.Drive solution design discussions and ensure requirements are clearly translated into actionable deliverables.Support technology selection, business case development, and vendor evaluation activities. xhyhwjd Manage risks, dependencies, timelines, and stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycles.
