Shift: Tuesday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Start Date: September 29, 2026
End Date: Ongoing (Potential for Permanent Hire)

Details

Patient Population: Adult
Setting: Ambulatory/Outpatient Hematology & Oncology Clinic
Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive hematology and oncology care, evaluate and manage new and established patients, collaborate with a multidisciplinary cancer care team, and deliver patient-centered treatment.
Required Procedures: General Hematology & Oncology patient evaluation and management.
EMR System: Cerner
Support Staff: Dedicated RNs, nurse navigators, social workers, pharmacy liaison, research coordinators, genetic counselors, and multidisciplinary oncology team.
Days Per Month: Tuesday Friday schedule (Full-Time Coverage)

Requirements

Active California Medical License (Required)
Active DEA (Required)
Completion of an Accredited Hematology/Oncology Fellowship (Required)
Board Certified in Medical Oncology (Highly Preferred); Board Certified/Eligible in Hematology/Oncology will also be considered
Clean Malpractice & Background History (Required)
Active BLS Certification (Highly Preferred)
