Assistant Manager

Zaxby’s is seeking an Assistant Manager to support daily operations in our fast-casual restaurant. You’ll lead shifts, coach team members, and ensure our guests enjoy friendly, accurate, and timely service. Responsibilities include supervising front- and back-of-house teams, maintaining food quality and safety standards, managing cash and deposits, and assisting with scheduling, inventory, and ordering. You’ll model Southern hospitality, help train new hires, and support the General Manager in achieving sales, labor, and service goals while fostering a positive, growth-focused work culture.
