Act as a point of contact for clients, guiding them through the bankruptcy process and answering questions. Prepare and organize legal documents, petitions, schedules, and financial statements with precision. Handle electronic court filings and monitor case statuses, ensuring deadlines are met and avoiding financial penalties. Conduct research on bankruptcy laws and procedures, and report findings to attorneys. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of experience with consumer bankruptcy law. Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to explain the bankruptcy process to clients and keep the team informed.
