About the Role
The Company is in search of a Managing Director for Wealth Strategy and Operations. This pivotal role is at the forefront of shaping the future of wealth advisory, serving as a strategic advisor and operations partner to the Chief Wealth Officer. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving high-impact initiatives related to business transformation, growth, profitability, and organizational scalability. Key responsibilities include leading complex, cross-functional projects, developing business cases, and serving as a trusted advisor on a range of strategic business issues. The role demands a leader with a proven track record in wealth advisory, financial services, or a related field, and the ability to influence and drive change across the organization. Applicants for the Managing Director position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' of relevant experience, with a Bachelor's degree in a related field. A combination of education, experience, and training may be accepted. The role requires FINRA Series 7, 24, and 65 licenses, or equivalent, with a preference for a Certified Financial Planner™ (CFP®) designation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business, financial, analytical, and problem-solving skills, and a history of leading complex strategic initiatives. Experience within an RIA, wealth management firm, broker-dealer, private wealth platform, or wealth advisory consulting firm is essential, as is a proven ability to drive business growth and strategic outcomes. The role is suited to a leader with a strategic mindset, capable of turning business challenges into actionable solutions and measurable results.
