Job Title: Speech Language Pathologist - Outpatient Neuro Rehab

License: Active TX License required

Certifications: BLS, CCC-SLP, LSVT preferred

Must-Have: Experience in outpatient neuro rehabilitation preferred

Description: Outpatient Speech Language Pathologist in a Neuro Rehabilitation environment. Provide assessment and treatment for patients with communication and swallowing disorders. Preferred experience includes working with adults and geriatrics with neurologic conditions. Patient diagnoses may include CVA, Parkinson's Disease, concussion, voice disorders, dysphagia, and dementia. Skills should include acoustic analysis, augmentative communication, bedside swallow evaluation, and functional maintenance programs. Familiarity with charting systems such as Epic is preferred. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver optimal patient care. Utilize specialized equipment and strategies to enhance communication and swallowing abilities. Must complete necessary lab items within 72 hours of accepting offer. Travel experience highly preferred.
