Remote Volunteer Talent Acquisition Specialist (Civic Tech)

OpenGov Africa is looking for a dedicated Talent Acquisition/Recruitment Specialist to enhance its volunteer team. This remote position requires 3 hours of commitment daily, where you'll help in developing HR processes, managing recruitment, and ensuring a supportive onboarding experience for volunteers. Ideal candidates will have 2-3 years in HR or talent acquisition, and a passion for civic technology and governance in Africa.
