Occasionally at our office in Dallas, TX.Day to Day Responsibilities:Complete accurate and timely calibrations on customer sitesPerform routine and complex calibration on a wide variety of equipment per company processes and instruction documentationPerform calibration on a variety of devices and instruments in accordance with established procedures and standardsWorking directly with the client throughout the calibration process from the first onsite touch point to completion of the project, including good communication to provide client updates on services neededEnsure all calibration activities comply with industry regulations and quality standardsMaintain calibration records and documentation, ensuring all data is accurate and up to dateInteract professionally with customers, providing excellent service and supportCommunicate with customers throughout the process and provide status updatesYou will be successful in this role if you:Have the ability to learn mechanical and technical skills quicklyCan adapt to multiple different work environments and settingsAre customer-oriented with excellent communication skillsAre a person who is punctual, respectful, and honest with a positive attitudeHave excellent attention to detailHave a strong work ethicBasic Qualifications:Excellent written and verbal communication skillsAble to lift 50lbsAble to climb, kneel, drive, and stand for long periods of timeWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and WordExcellent customer service skillsGood organizational and prioritization skillsMust have a valid driver's license and a clean driving recordAbility and willingness to travel to customers' locations in the Dallas, TX area and occasional overnight out-of-state travel (1 to 2 nights once a month and potentially up to 1 week on a volunteer basis)Nice to have:Knowledge of principles, procedures, methods, and techniques in metrology gained through education or professional experienceKnowledge and experience with Electrical, Physical, and/or Mechanical Calibration of equipmentExperience working with Manufacturer's Quality SystemsAssociate's degree in Engineering, Electronics, or other Technical FieldsTechnical Degree or CertificateMilitary PMEL TrainingMetrology experienceExperience with IndySoftAbout Us:Accredited Labs is a trusted provider of accredited calibration services.
