Mortgage Support Specialist

Winchester, VA (1 day hybrid to start)

What You'll Do

• Help customers collect and submit required documents
• Follow up by phone, email, and online tools
• Review applications for accuracy and completeness
• Answer basic questions about the mortgage process
• Provide excellent customer service and support
• Work closely with loan and mortgage teams to keep applications moving

About the Opportunity

• Location: Winchester, VA 22602 (Candidates must live within 60 miles)
• Start Date: September 21, 2026 (Tentative)
• Training: 4-6 weeks, Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:30 PM EST
• Schedule After Training: Hybrid schedule, 4 days in office and 1 day remote per week - 8:00 AM-4:30 PM EST or 8:30 AM-5:00 PM EST
• Pay: $20.00-$23.50/hour plus overtime opportunities
• Pay Frequency: Weekly
• Contract Length: 12-24 months with potential for permanent hire based on performance
• Compliance: Must successfully pass a compliance check

Important Requirements

• No shift changes while on contract
• No time off permitted during the first 6 months of employment
• Must be able to work the assigned schedule throughout the contract

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Winchester, VA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.42 - $21.42/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
