Job Description

Top Tier Logistics LLC is seeking a dependable and motivated Non-CDL Box Truck Driver to join our growing team. This position involves operating a 26-foot box truck on over-the-road (OTR) routes throughout the continental United States.

The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, professional, and comfortable staying on the road for up to three weeks at a time. Drivers will be responsible for transporting freight safely and efficiently while maintaining excellent communication with dispatch and customers.

Responsibilities

Safely operate a 26-foot box truck on nationwide routes.
Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
Ensure freight is properly secured and protected.
Deliver freight safely and on schedule.
Maintain accurate logs, trip records, and required paperwork.
Communicate regularly with dispatch regarding load status and route updates.
Follow all DOT and company safety regulations.

Requirements

Valid driver’s license (Non-CDL position).
Must be at least 21 years old.
Ability to travel and remain on the road for up to 3 weeks at a time.
Clean driving record preferred.
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening if required.
Strong work ethic, reliability, and professionalism.
Previous box truck, delivery, or commercial driving experience is preferred but not required.
