Market and lease apartments to maintain high occupancy Execute certification of income and assets for residents at move-in & annually in a timely manner Collect and process rent and security deposit payments Adhere to fair housing laws and Newbury Living processes & procedures Provide professional resident relations Qualifications: HUD and LIHTC property management experience preferred 3+ years of apartment management experience preferred Excellent problem-solving, verbal and written communication skills, and computer skills Must possess a valid Iowa driver’s license and vehicle insurance Must pass a background check and drug screening Why Newbury Living?
