Noble Smoke is a barbecue restaurant rooted in the traditions of wood-fired cooking, genuine hospitality, and simple food done well. At our Optimist Hall location, we operate a quick-service satellite of our main Noble Smoke restaurant on Freedom Drive, serving guests in one of Charlotte’s busiest food hall environments. We are hiring a part-time Counter Service Team Member to join our Noble Smoke Optimist Hall team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hospitality, can move with urgency, and takes pride in keeping a small station clean, organized, and ready for service. This position pays $13 per hour plus tips. We are primarily looking for part-time coverage on Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday, with the possibility of picking up a fourth shift.
